Ramallah - Ma'an - Minister of Health Dr. Mai Alkaila said that the disaster in the Gaza Strip is worsening with the inability of hospitals and health centers to provide treatment services to the wounded, injured and sick, as a result of the lack of medical supplies and fuel.
Minister Alkaila added in a press statement that a full month has passed since the start of the Israeli war on the Gaza Strip, leaving more than 10,000 martyrs and thousands wounded.
She added that the occupation forces are still targeting hospitals with the intention of destroying them and killing those inside them, including patients, doctors and displaced people, to raise the death toll.
The Minister of Health reiterated that everything Israel spreads about hospitals in the Gaza Strip are weak pretexts to target them and continue killing innocent people.
Minister Alkaila indicated that 192 martyrs died as a result of the Israeli bombing on the Gaza Strip, in addition to 120 martyrs, while 32 ambulances were completely broken down.
She continued: 16 hospitals out of 35 operating in the Gaza Strip are out of service, in addition to 51 health centers out of 72 centers.
