Jerusalem – Together – The head of the Palestinian Bar Association, Lawyer Fadi Abbas, and the member of the Association Council, Lawyer Louay Abu Jaber, met with Professor Ihsan Adel, founder and CEO of the Law for Palestine Organization, a leading human rights organization in Britain specialized in the field of international law related to the Palestinian issue, via video conference technology. .
The two parties discussed ways of joint cooperation between the two institutions to contribute to building the capabilities of relevant Palestinian lawyers in the field of international law and integrating them into specialized training and educational programs in the context of qualifying more specialists in defending the rights of the Palestinian people internationally. The parties agreed on the importance of framing this relationship by signing a memorandum of understanding and cooperation in the near future.
The two parties discussed in depth many issues of common interest in the context of the unprecedented aggression and war of genocide against the Palestinian people and ways to confront this from a legal standpoint.
The meeting took place in the presence of Mr. Hassan bin Omran, head of the legal clinic at the Law for Palestine Organization, and lawyer Ammar Jaradat, the organization’s public relations coordinator.
