Jenin: For the 19th consecutive day, the Israeli occupation army continues its offensive against the city of Jenin and its refugee camp, which has so far resulted in the killing of 25 Palestinians.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency – WAFA, the Israeli occupation forces continue to storm the towns and villages of the Jenin governorate. They detained three local citizens from the town of Yamoun in the west, while last night they stormed the town of Ya’bad in the south and detained two young men.
In the city of Jenin, the occupation forces seized a vehicle in the vicinity of the Jalbuni roundabout, assaulted those inside it after searching, and then arrested them. Additionally, occupation bulldozers demolished a number of homes and properties of citizens in the Al-Hadaf neighborhood and Wadi Burqin.
The situation around Jenin Governmental Hospital remains dire as occupation military vehicles continue to besiege it after bulldozing its entrance and the main street leading to it. The hospital departments are suffering from a severe shortage of potable water.
Furthermore, power outages persist in several neighborhoods of the camp and its surroundings. The water supply is also cut off due to the destruction of infrastructure and the prevention of the municipality’s work teams from repairing the water network and electricity lines.
