Gaza - Together - The Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip said that the number of martyrs in the Strip has reached 9,488 martyrs so far. In a recent tragic development, the Ministry reported that the Israeli occupation had committed ten major massacres during the past hours, leading to the martyrdom of 231 people.
The Ministry added in its report that 70% of the victims of these attacks are women and children. In a related context, the Ministry received reports of 2,200 cases of missing persons, including 1,250 children still under the rubble, which portends an increase in the number of martyrs.
On the other hand, the Ministry of Health confirmed that 150 medical personnel were martyred while performing their humanitarian duty, and 57 ambulances were destroyed. The occupation also deliberately targeted 105 health institutions, which led to 16 hospitals being out of service and the health situation in the Gaza Strip deteriorating.
