Ramallah - Ma'an - The Prisoners' and Ex-Prisoners' Affairs Authority reported, this evening, Sunday, that the injured detainee, Muhammad Rabie (18 years old), from Al-Am'ari Camp in Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate, is in a difficult health condition in the Israeli "Shaare Zedek" Hospital.
The Commission said in a statement that its lawyer, Karim Ajwa, was able to visit the detainee Rabei today, while he is in the intensive care unit under anesthesia and artificial respiration machines, as he was hit by several bullets during his arrest last Friday.
She added that a surgical operation was performed on the detainee Rabei when he was brought to the hospital the day before yesterday, and an operation was also performed on him today in the area of the injury.
The “Commission” stated that the injured detainee, Rabi’, is scheduled to hold an extension of detention session tomorrow, Monday, in the military court in “Ofer” prison, without his presence, due to his health condition.
