Bethlehem:Colonists attacked Palestinian homes in the town of Za'atara, located east of Bethlehem, on Monday, and stole sheep from local residents. However, the residents were able to recover the stolen livestock.
According to Palestine news & Information Agency – WAFA – English, the attack involved colonists targeting homes in the area and seizing sheep, which the residents managed to reclaim shortly thereafter.
This incident is part of a series of recent confrontations in the Za'atara region. Just two days earlier, on Saturday, colonists had raided the wilderness area of Za'atara, conducting tours and adding to the ongoing tension in the region. This area has experienced a series of attacks aimed at local shepherds, who are often pursued and forced to leave the land.
