Ramallah:Israeli colonists, supported by Israeli occupation forces, seized a vehicle from the village council of Ein Yabrud, located east of Ramallah, and stole bags of olives and farming equipment from it on Sunday.
According to Palestine news and Information Agency – WAFA, the colonists attacked Palestinian farmers while they were harvesting olives in the village. During the incident, they took control of the village council's vehicle and stole items inside.
After the assault, confrontations erupted between Palestinian citizens and the colonists. Israeli occupation forces fired tear gas canisters at the citizens, but no injuries were reported.
This incident is part of a wider pattern of escalating colonist attacks across the occupied West Bank during the olive harvest season. These attacks include assaults on farmers, theft of olive crops and equipment, and damage to Palestinian property.
