Two Palestinians Shot by Israeli Forces South of Nablus

Nablus: Two Palestinian men were wounded by Israeli gunfire early Thursday morning in the village of Al-Lubban ash-Sharqiya, south of Nablus.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the head of the Al-Lubban ash-Sharqiya village council, Yaqoub Awais, stated that the two young men were shot by Israeli forces while at the village entrance on the main road between Ramallah and Nablus. One of the men was in critical condition and was transferred to a hospital inside the 1948 territories.

Awais further explained that the second wounded man was shot four times while attempting to rescue the first. He was later rushed to Salfit Hospital, where his condition was reported as stable.
