Two Palestinians Injured by Israeli Gunfire in Southern Gaza


Rafah: Two Palestinian citizens were injured on Tuesday evening after Israeli occupation forces opened fire in southern Gaza, local sources reported. The incident occurred near Al-Awda Square in the center of Rafah, situated in the southern region of the Gaza Strip. Medical sources confirmed the injuries but did not provide further details on their condition.



According to Palestine News and Information Agency – WAFA, since the beginning of Israel’s aggression on Gaza in October 2023, the death toll in the Strip has risen to 48,219, with the majority being women and children. The number of wounded individuals has reached 111,665. Many victims remain trapped under the rubble, as rescue teams face challenges reaching them due to ongoing Israeli attacks and restricted access.
