Gaza: Saudi Arabia called on the international community to pressure Israel to restore electricity and aid flow to the Gaza Strip immediately without conditions or restrictions. The Saudi Foreign Ministry expressed, in a statement on Tuesday, “the Kingdom’s condemnation in the strongest terms of the Israeli occupation authorities’ practice of collective punishment against Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, by cutting off electricity to the Strip.”
According to Palestine News and Information Agency – WAFA, Saudi Arabia stressed “its demand for the international community to take urgent measures to restore electricity and aid flow to the Gaza Strip immediately without conditions or restrictions.” The Kingdom renewed its “categorical rejection of Israeli violations of international humanitarian law” and its call “to activate international accountability mechanisms for these serious violations.”
