Cairo: Naji Al-Naji, Cultural Advisor at the Palestinian Embassy in Egypt, announced that the President of the State of Palestine, Mahmoud Abbas, will arrive in Egypt tomorrow for a two-day official visit. During this visit, he will hold a summit with his counterpart, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, to discuss the latest developments regarding the Palestinian cause, as well as Arab and international issues of mutual interest.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the President's visit to Egypt takes place within the framework of ongoing consultation and full coordination between the Egyptian and Palestinian leaderships. The visit also aims to discuss ways to ensure the success of the efforts being made by Egypt, in cooperation with regional and international partners, to provide protection and relief to the Palestinian people. Additionally, the discussions will focus on reconstructing what has been destroyed by the ongoing war against them and mobilizing all efforts to end the Israeli occupation of Palestinian land. The ultimate goal remains the realization of an independent State of Palestine with East Jerusalem as its capital.
