According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the OIC said the attacks are part of a broader context of killings, colonial settlement, annexation, and the destruction of infrastructure in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank, including occupied Jerusalem, as well as attacks on refugee camps and attempts to forcibly displace the Palestinian people, in blatant violation of international law and relevant United Nations resolutions.
The organization renewed its call on the international community to take all possible diplomatic, legal, and economic measures to pressure Israel to halt these systematic crimes.
It also stressed the need to activate international justice mechanisms to hold those responsible for such crimes accountable under international criminal law.
