Gaza - Together - A child was martyred and 3 other citizens were injured in the Israeli occupation aircraft’s bombing on Monday afternoon, the roof of the Al-Shifa Medical Complex in Gaza City.
The official agency said that the occupation aircraft bombed the roof of the emergency department at Al-Shifa Medical Complex, which is considered the largest hospital in the Gaza Strip, wounding a group of citizens, and later announcing the death of a child.
The hospital houses about 50,000 displaced people, in addition to the medical and health staff and patients inside it. Al-Shifa Hospital has been operating for days with a backup electric generator, and it is in danger of stopping work completely if it is not provided with the necessary fuel to continue its work.
This is the first time, during the current hostilities, that the occupation has directly targeted the Shifa Medical Complex.
During the current aggression against the Gaza Strip, the occupation forces directly bombed several hospitals, such as the Baptist Hospital in which a massacre was committed, in addition to bombing the vicinity of the hospitals: Al-Quds, Al-Aqsa Martyrs, Nasser, the Indonesian, and the Turkish Friendship.
The occupation aircraft targeted a house belonging to the Qeshta family, opposite Bahloul bakery in the administrative district of Rafah, and a number of martyrs and injuries were reported.
