Jerusalem: Israeli occupation forces on Monday issued notices ordering the uprooting of olive trees from lands owned by Palestinian residents of Hizma, northeast of Jerusalem.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, Israeli forces delivered notices to several residents, ordering the removal of olive trees from their properties situated along the main road connecting Hizma and Anata. The notices have raised concerns among the local Palestinian community, who view the olive trees as a vital part of their heritage and economy.
