Tulkarm: The occupation forces demolished the house of slain Palestinian youth Tamer Raafat Fuqaha in the Shuwaika suburb, north of Tulkarm city.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, a large number of occupation military vehicles, accompanied by a heavy D10 bulldozer, stormed the suburb. They proceeded towards Fuqaha's house, deploying snipers in the surrounding houses before demolishing the structure.
Fuqaha's family had received a notice in November 2024 from the Israeli occupation army regarding the demolition of their one-story home. The house had been evacuated earlier, and the family was given 72 hours to object to the demolition notice.
Fuqaha was killed on May 4, 2024, after occupation forces surrounded the Badran family house in the town of Deir al-Ghusun, north of the governorate. He was accused by the occupation of carrying out a shooting attack in November 2023 at the entrance to the town of Beit Lid, east of Tulkarm, which resulted in the death of a soldier.
For the third consecutive day, the occupation forces have continued their aggression on the city and its camp. This has resulted in one death, several injuries, numerous detentions, and widespread destruction of property and infrastructure.
