Gaza city: Israeli colonists on Thursday damaged agricultural crops, removed and stole a fence, and destroyed an irrigation network in Khirbet Yerza hamlet, in the northern West Bank province of Tubas, according to local sources. Mukhles Masaeed, head of the Yerza village council, reported that the colonists targeted a thyme crop belonging to a local Palestinian farmer. The perpetrators removed and stole the fence surrounding the agricultural land and wrecked the irrigation networks that were vital for supplying water to the crop.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the incident is part of a series of repeated attacks and restrictions imposed on Palestinian citizens in the northern area of the community. These actions have been severely affecting their agricultural lands and livelihoods, creating ongoing tension and hardship for the local population.
