al-Samou: Israeli colonists set fire to a Palestinian-owned vehicle and attacked Palestinian homes in the town of al-Samou, south of Hebron, late last night.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, local sources reported that a group of colonists infiltrated the home of Mahmoud Musa al-Rawashdeh in the Wadi Jheish area, east of al-Samou. They set his vehicle on fire, spray-painted racist slogans on the walls, and caused damage to property.
This attack is part of ongoing violence by Israeli colonists throughout the occupied West Bank. The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) documented over 1,600 attacks by colonists resulting in Palestinian casualties or property damage between January and August 2026. These incidents affected 275 Palestinian communities, averaging 6.7 attacks per day.
