Israeli Airstrikes in Gaza Kill Four Civilians, Injure Several Others


GAZA CITY: Four civilians were killed and several others injured following Israeli airstrikes on a house south of Gaza City, marking a significant escalation in the ongoing conflict.



According to Palestine News and Information Agency – WAFA, the bodies of four civilians were transported to the Arab National Hospital after Israeli airstrikes hit the home of the Habib family on Al-Maghribi Street in the Sabra neighborhood. The Israeli military also targeted the Abu Aida intersection in the same neighborhood and shelled a glass factory near the entrance to the northern Maghazi refugee camp in central Gaza.



In a separate incident, journalist Hassan Al-Qayshawi was killed in an Israeli drone strike targeting areas west of Gaza City. Medical sources reported that the death toll from Israeli airstrikes and bombardments since dawn has increased to 74 Palestinian civilians, with 40 killed in the northern Strip and 32 in the central and southern Strip.
