Gaza Death Toll Reaches 67,194 Since Start of Israeli Aggression in October 2023 – Medical Sources

Gaza: The death toll in the Gaza Strip has reached 67,194, the majority of whom were women and children, since the beginning of the Israeli aggression in October 2023. At least 169,890 others have also been injured.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, sources underlined that 11 bodies and 49 injured individuals were brought to hospitals in Gaza during the past 24 hours. Over the past 24 hours, over two Palestinians have been killed and over 13 others have been injured while attempting to receive humanitarian aid. This brings the total number of aid seekers killed in aid-related attacks to 2,615, with over 19,177 others wounded.

Since Israel broke the ceasefire on March 18, 2025, a total of 13,598 Palestinians have been killed and 57,849 injured. This toll remains incomplete, as many victims remain trapped under rubble, inaccessible to ambulance and rescue crews.
