Qusra: A Dutch diplomatic delegation will visit the town of Qusra, south of Nablus, today to assess the conditions of families whose homes have been besieged by settlers, the town's mayor said.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the mayor reported that settlers and Israeli occupation soldiers have been besieging three homes in the Ras al-Ain area for the 10th consecutive day. The situation has led to water shortages and restrictions that prevent residents from entering or leaving their homes, as the area has been declared a closed military zone.
The mayor also mentioned that the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Social Development will visit the town to personally assess the conditions of the besieged families. This visit aims to follow up on developments on the ground and work towards strengthening the residents' ability to remain in their homes despite the ongoing challenges.
