Colonists Cause Damage and Disruption in Sinjil

Ramallah: Israeli colonists on Sunday damaged machinery at a quarry in the town of Sinjil, north of Ramallah, and grazed their sheep on Palestinian agricultural land in the area. Local sources reported that the colonists raided the Gharaba area north of the town, cutting electrical cables from a stone-cutting machine belonging to the Khalil family from the nearby al-Sawiya village. The assailants also stole an electronic control panel valued at about $20,000.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, colonists also grazed their sheep in the Shouriya area of Sinjil, approximately 200 meters from the town's entrance, resulting in damage to agricultural crops. Two weeks ago, colonists established a pastoral colonial outpost in the Shouriya area, from which attacks against Palestinian residents and their property have been launched, local sources indicated.
