Hebron: Armed Israeli colonists launched an attack this evening on Palestinian vehicles and blocked roads leading to the Masafer Yatta region, south of Hebron in the southern occupied West Bank, according to local sources.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, Osama Makhamra, a local activist, reported that armed groups of colonists, under the protection of Israeli occupation forces, closed the northern entrance to Masafer Yatta and other roads in the region. This key route serves a large number of villages, hamlets, and residential communities.
The colonists set tires on fire in the middle of the road, attacked passing Palestinian vehicles, and prevented residents from reaching their homes. Despite the aggressive actions, there were no confirmed reports of casualties following the assault.
