Israeli Forces Remove Speed Bumps on Jenin-Nablus Road

Jenin:In the early hours of Monday, Israeli occupation forces dismantled asphalt speed bumps on the road connecting Jenin and Nablus. The removal took place from the Jaba' junction stretching through the towns of 'Ajja, 'Anza, and al-Zawiya.

According to Palestine news & Information Agency – WAFA – English, the speed bumps were initially installed by local municipalities at the entrances to these towns. They were placed to curb vehicle speeds and reduce the number of fatal traffic accidents that have occurred in the area over recent years.

The action by the occupation forces has impacted safety measures implemented by local authorities to address traffic-related concerns on this busy stretch of road.
