Berlin:German Chancellor Friedrich Merz emphasized that establishing a Palestinian state is crucial for achieving peace and security in the Middle East.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency – WAFA, Merz stated that laying the foundations for a new order where Israelis, Palestinians, and their neighbors can coexist peacefully is essential.
He further mentioned that the German government is committed to this goal, asserting that the establishment of a Palestinian state alongside Israel is the best approach to realizing peace and security in the region.
