Marda:Several Palestinians experienced suffocation from tear gas and pepper spray during an attack by colonists and Israeli occupation forces on the village of Marda, located north of Salfit.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency – WAFA, the attack involved colonists, supported by Israeli forces and police, who entered the village and deployed tear gas and sound bombs at Palestinian olive pickers. The use of pepper spray also contributed to the suffocation of several individuals.
Israeli occupation forces reportedly obstructed an ambulance from reaching those affected. In addition to this, three Palestinians were detained during the raid.
Furthermore, Israeli forces temporarily detained several other Palestinians, sealed off all entrances to the village, and hindered residents from harvesting their olives. The contents of several Palestinian homes were also damaged during the incident.
