Yasuf:Two Palestinians were injured by live ammunition, and several others were detained during an attack by Israeli colonists on Palestinian homes in Yasuf, east of Salfit, in the central West Bank.
According to Palestine news & Information Agency - WAFA - English, the attack was carried out by colonists from the Havat Anton outpost and occurred under the protection of Israeli occupation forces. The colonists fired live ammunition at local residents, injuring two individuals.
Jumaa Abdel Fattah, head of the Yasuf municipal council, confirmed the involvement of Israeli forces in detaining several Palestinians during the incident. The Palestinian Red Crescent reported that its crews treated two injured individuals: a 50-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the abdomen and another person hit by a live-ammunition fragment in the flank.
Local sources also indicated that Israeli forces detained an ambulance belonging to Al-Zaytouna ambulance service, seized its key, and discarded it, thereby hindering the medical crews from performing their duties.
