Atouf:A water pipeline in the village of Atouf, southeast of Tubas, was destroyed by colonists, as reported by a local official.
According to Palestine news and Information Agency, Mutaz Bsharat, responsible for Jordan Valley affairs in the Tubas Governorate, stated that the colonists were dressed in Israeli occupation army uniforms when they carried out the destruction in the Atouf Plain. This area falls within Area B.
The Atouf region has been experiencing increasing violations by occupation authorities and colonists since the start of the year. These actions coincide with ongoing land-leveling operations linked to the colonial project known as the 'Crimson Thread.' This project involves the construction of a military road and a 22-kilometer separation wall on lands in Tubas and the northern Jordan Valley. Atouf and the Al-Baqi'a Plain are among the most impacted areas by this development.
