Several Palestinians Injured in Israeli Drone Strike on Tent in Khan Yunis

Gaza: Several Palestinians, including women and children, were injured today in Israeli drone strikes that targeted a tent in the Al-Mawasi area of Al-Qarara, west of Khan Yunis, in the southern Gaza Strip. The attack marks a significant escalation in the ongoing conflict, raising concerns about the safety of civilians in the region.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, emergency crews have been working tirelessly at the site of the collapsed Al-Saada Building in southwest Gaza City. So far, they have recovered 21 deceased Palestinians, 14 injured individuals, and 12 survivors. Rescue operations are still underway as teams search through the debris for those who remain missing.

Medical sources have disclosed that 70% of hospital generators throughout the Gaza Strip are no longer operational. This is attributed to a lack of fuel, oil, and necessary spare parts, all consequences of the Israeli blockade imposed on the region. The generator shortages pose a severe risk to the already strained healthcare infrastructure, further endangering the lives of those injured in the recent strikes.
