Israeli Forces Block UNICEF Water Delivery to Besieged Homes in Qusra

Qusra: Israeli forces today prevented the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) from delivering a water tanker to three homes under siege in the village of Qusra, south of Nablus. Local sources reported that UNICEF managed to deliver food and medical supplies to the affected homes, but the water supply was obstructed by Israeli forces.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the situation in Qusra remains tense as the head of the village council, Abdel Azim Wadi, confirmed the continued inability to restore electricity and water supplies to the besieged homes. The blockade comes after Israeli forces declared the Ras al-Ain area of Qusra a closed military zone, erecting military positions and increasing their presence following the encirclement of the homes by settlers for several days.
