Gaza: An Israeli strike on Monday evening killed three Palestinians and injured several others to the southwest of the al-Mawasi area of Khan Younes, according to medical sources. They confirmed that Israeli fighter jets struck a vehicle in the vicinity of the UK-Med field hospital, claiming the lives of three people and wounding several others.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, a Palestinian succumbed to his wounds he had sustained due to a strike at Al-Ghafri Junction in Gaza City. Israel has waged a military onslaught on the Strip since 7 October 2023, resulting in the deaths of 73,283 Palestinians, mostly women and children, and injuring 173,864 others. It has also destroyed 90% of the Strip's infrastructure, with the cost of Gaza reconstruction estimated at $70 billion.

Since the Gaza ceasefire agreement went into effect on October 11, 2025, Israel has killed 1,158 Palestinians and injured 3,756 others. During the same period, the bodies of 802 slain Palestinians have been recovered. Moreover, at least 10,000 people are unaccounted for, presumed dead under the rubble of their homes throughout the Strip.

The Israeli aggression has resulted in the forceful displacement of nearly two million people from all over the Gaza Strip, with the vast majority of the displaced forced into the densely crowded southern city of Rafah near the border with Egypt, marking Palestine's largest mass exodus since the 1948 Nakba.
