Bethlehem: Israeli occupation forces on Friday night closed the Al-Matina area in the village of Husan, west of Bethlehem, according to a local official.
According to Palestine news and Information Agency, Head of the Husan Village Council Rami Hamamreh reported that Israeli forces raided the village and deployed in the Al-Matina area at its eastern entrance along the main road. The closure of the area to Palestinian traffic was enforced by the Israeli forces.
Additionally, Israeli forces compelled shop owners in the Al-Matina area to shut their businesses, while simultaneously firing sound bombs.
