Al-taybeh: Israeli colonists have reportedly stormed the Abu Faza'a community in the Karmelo area, east of the town of Taybeh, raising concerns among local residents about the possibility of a new settlement outpost being established.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the Al-Baydar human rights organization issued a statement on Sunday evening detailing the events. The organization reported that the colonists brought sheep and camels into the area. This action is seen as a potential precursor to establishing a settlement outpost within the community.
The organization expressed that this development has intensified fears among the residents. There is a growing concern about an enforced change on the ground, which poses a threat to the stability and livelihoods of the local population. This incident comes amidst a recent surge in colonist attacks targeting Palestinian rural communities, further exacerbating the situation.
