PM Mustafa Urges EU Action on Palestine at Davos Forum

Davos: Prime Minister Mohammad Mustafa emphasized on Tuesday the need for effective international action, particularly by the European Union, to stop Israeli actions against the Palestinian people, resume the transfer of withheld Palestinian tax revenues, and open Gaza Strip crossings for humanitarian aid, temporary shelter, and reconstruction supplies. He made the remarks during his meeting with Belgian Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Maxime Pr©vot on the sidelines of the Davos Economic Forum, where they discussed developments in Gaza and the West Bank, including Jerusalem.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, Mustafa praised Belgium's support for the Palestinian cause and its recognition of the State of Palestine, considering it a genuine support. The meeting underscored the importance of international collaboration, especially from European entities, in addressing the ongoing humanitarian and political issues faced by Palestinians.
