Weather Forecast: Rising Temperatures Expected Across Regions

Gaza: The Palestinian Meteorological Department has forecast normal summer weather conditions with a slight rise in temperatures, which are expected to reach around their annual average. The weather will be partly cloudy to clear with winds ranging from southwesterly to northwesterly at light to moderate speeds. Sea waves are anticipated to be low to moderate. According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the evening and nighttime will experience pleasant conditions in the mountainous areas, while the remaining areas will remain warm. Winds will continue from the northwest, maintaining a light to moderate speed, and sea waves will stay low. On Tuesday, the weather pattern will shift to hotter conditions in the mountainous regions and very hot in other areas, with temperatures rising above the annual average. Winds will remain northwesterly, staying light to moderate, and sea waves are expected to be low to moderate. The heatwave will persist into Wednesday, with the weather remaining hot in th e mountainous areas and very hot elsewhere. Temperatures are projected to rise to approximately 4°C above their annual average. Winds will transition to westerly to northwesterly, maintaining light to moderate speeds, with sea waves continuing at low to moderate levels. By Thursday, the weather will continue to be hot in mountainous areas and very hot in other regions, coupled with high humidity levels. Temperatures will remain stable at around 4°C above their annual average. The wind pattern will be westerly to northwesterly, staying light to moderate, and sea waves will remain low. The Meteorological Department has issued warnings regarding the risks of prolonged exposure to direct sunlight during peak hours from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., the potential for fires in regions with abundant dry grass, and the dangers of leaving children or elderly individuals inside closed vehicles.
