Gaza: Israeli occupation authorities on Wednesday demolished a house, a car wash facility, and two livestock farms in the town of Rafat, northwest of occupied Jerusalem, said local sources.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, Israeli occupation bulldozers carried out the demolitions near the Rafat junction, with no confrontations reported during the operations. The demolition activities are part of a broader trend observed in recent years.
During the first half of 2026, Israeli occupation forces conducted 341 demolition operations, resulting in the demolition of 740 structures. These actions have affected 923 Palestinians, including 546 children and 431 women. In addition to the demolitions, Israeli authorities issued notices against 254 structures, citing the lack of building permits as the reason for the intended demolitions.
