Kafr aqab: Two Palestinians were injured on Tuesday evening by Israeli forces' gunfire during a military incursion on the town of Kafr Aqab, north of occupied Jerusalem.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) reported that its crews treated one Palestinian who was shot in the hand with a live bullet and was later rushed to a nearby hospital for medical treatment. Another civilian was wounded by a rubber-coated bullet and was treated at the scene.
Israeli forces stormed the town with several military vehicles and closed off the street near the Seikal roundabout. Israeli soldiers also raided a residential building in the area, but no arrests were reported.
Israeli soldiers fired live ammunition, sound bombs, and tear gas at residents and vehicles, resulting in the reported injuries.
