Hebron: Two young Palestinian men were injured by Israeli occupation forces' gunfire on Wednesday evening during a military raid on Al-Fawwar refugee camp, south of Hebron. WAFA correspondent reported that Israeli forces stormed the camp, deployed across its streets, vandalized surveillance cameras belonging to local shops, raided several homes, and assaulted residents.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency, confrontations subsequently erupted in the camp, during which Israeli soldiers fired live ammunition, shooting and injuring two young men in the foot. Israeli forces also obstructed ambulance crews from reaching the injured, further complicating the situation on the ground.
In addition to the injuries, three young men were detained during the raid, adding to the tensions in the area. The incident reflects ongoing hostilities and the volatile environment in the region.
