Two Injured in Colonists’ Attack East of Salfit

Gaza: Two citizens sustained injuries and bruises today, Sunday, following an attack by colonists in the Wadi al-Sha'er area, east of the city of Salfit.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, local sources reported that Mohammed Darwish and Nashat Ishtayeh, both residents of Salfit, were severely beaten by colonists while they were on their agricultural land. The attack resulted in injuries and bruising for the two individuals.

The Wadi al-Sha'er area, located east of Salfit, experiences frequent attacks and harassment by colonists. These incidents often include assaults on citizens and their agricultural lands, reflecting an escalation of colonist violence in the governorate.

The area is situated along a main road that connects Salfit to Al-Zaytoona University. This road sees daily traffic from citizens, students, and vehicles, highlighting the significance and accessibility of the area.
