Ramallah: Three Palestinians were shot by Israeli forces and dozens suffered from tear gas inhalation during an Israeli military raid on the village of al-Mughayyir, northeast of Ramallah, on Thursday night. According to Palestine News and Information Agency, several others were also injured after Israeli soldiers beat residents during a raid on a home. Amin Abu Alia, head of the al-Mughayyir Village Council, stated that confrontations erupted after Israeli forces stormed the village, during which three Palestinians were shot with live ammunition in the abdomen, hip, and thigh. Abu Alia reported that Israeli forces raided the eastern part of the village and stormed an inhabited home, where soldiers assaulted civilians, leaving several with bruises and other injuries. The assault followed an attack on the house by Israeli colonists, which prompted residents to gather in support of the family. In the midst of these confrontations, Abu Alia noted that Israeli forces fired live ammunition and tear gas canist ers at the Palestinian residents.
