Three Detained, Homes Raided and Vandalized in 15-Hour Israeli Raid on Bal’a Town East of Tulkarem

Tulkarem: Israeli occupation forces detained three Palestinian citizens during a 15-hour military raid on the town of Bal'a, east of Tulkarem, according to WAFA correspondent, citing local sources and eyewitnesses.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, Israeli forces stormed the town since dawn and carried out extensive house raids and searches, accompanied by vandalism of property and tampering with their contents.

Citing sources, WAFA correspondent reported that Israeli forces detained dozens of citizens, particularly young men, handcuffing and blindfolding them before leading them to a field interrogation centre. This was established inside the home of a local citizen after seizing it and turning it into a military outpost, while deploying snipers on the rooftop of the house.

Israeli forces detained three people, including a 63-year-old man, before releasing the others.
