Ramallah - Ma'an - The Israeli occupation forces have arrested at least 30 citizens from the West Bank, including a female student and former prisoners, since yesterday evening until Thursday morning. The Commission of Prisoners' Affairs and the Prisoners' Club explained in a joint statement that the arrests were concentrated in the Hebron Governorate, while the rest were distributed among the governorates of Ramallah, Tulkarm, Bethlehem, Nablus, and Jerusalem. In addition, the occupation forces continue to carry out attacks and threats against the detainees and their families during the arrest campaigns, in addition to vandalism and destruction in citizens' homes. They pointed out that the occupation forces have arrested more than 10,100 citizens from the West Bank, including Jerusalem, since the beginning of the ongoing war of extermination and comprehensive aggression against our people. It is worth noting that these arrest campaigns constitute the most prominent fixed and systematic policies used by th e occupation forces, including the policy of (collective punishment), which constitutes a central tool for the occupation in targeting citizens. It is noteworthy that the data related to the cases of arrest include those who were kept in detention by the occupation, and those who were later released. Source: Maan News Agency
