Six Palestinian Civilians Killed in Israeli Shelling of Gaza

Gaza: Six Palestinian citizens were killed and others injured on Thursday as a result of the ongoing Israeli shelling of various areas in the Gaza Strip.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, three citizens were killed and others were injured in an artillery attack on the Tal al-Dhahab neighborhood in the town of Beit Lahia, north of the Gaza Strip. The report further detailed that two citizens lost their lives when Israeli warplanes targeted a house in the town of Khuza'a, east of Khan Yunis, south of the Gaza Strip. Additionally, another citizen was killed in a shelling incident in the al-Tuffah neighborhood, northeast of Gaza City.

The death toll from the conflict has been staggering. Since October 7, 2023, the number of civilians killed in the Gaza Strip due to Israeli aggression has reached 52,928, with 119,846 individuals wounded. The figures highlight the severe impact of the ongoing hostilities on the civilian population in the region.
