Gaza City: Several Palestinian civilians, mostly children, were killed and others injured on Wednesday as a result of the Israeli occupation's shelling of civilians in Gaza City. Medical sources announced the death of at least eight citizens and the injury of dozens more in an Israeli shelling of the Jabalia bus station in the Daraj neighborhood of Gaza City. The Israeli occupation army also destroyed residential buildings east of Jabalia, north of the Gaza Strip. According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, medical sources in the Gaza Strip announced the death of 52 citizens in Israeli airstrikes on areas in the Gaza Strip since dawn today. Since October 7, 2023, the Israeli occupation forces have launched an offensive on the Gaza Strip, resulting in the killing of 53,573 citizens, the majority of whom were children and women, and the injury of 121,688 others. This is a preliminary toll, as a number of victims remain under the rubble and on the streets, unable to be reached by ambulances and r escue teams.
