Several Injured as Storm Causes Collapse of Bomb-Damaged House in Gaza

Gaza city: Local sources reported that a number of people were injured on Tuesday when a house collapsed on its residents due to a storm near the Hamid Junction in northwest Gaza City.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the house belonged to the al-Husari family and was located near the Hamid Junction on al-Shifa Street. The house had previously sustained damage from Israeli bombing, which contributed to its collapse amid the severe weather conditions.

Rescue teams quickly arrived at the scene to assist the injured and provide first aid, with concerns that more casualties might be trapped under the debris. This incident highlights the ongoing humanitarian challenges in the Gaza Strip, where storms and previous damage from Israeli attacks have left thousands of homes in precarious conditions.
