Representing Palestine at the meeting are several key figures: Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Varsen Aghabekian Shahin, Ambassador of the State of Palestine to Qatar, Fayez Majed Abu Al Rub, and Muhannad Al-Aklouk, the permanent representative of the State of Palestine to the Arab League.
