Palestinian Man Succumbs to Wounds from Israeli Strike in Gaza

Gaza city: A Palestinian man died on Friday from injuries sustained in an Israeli strike in the Al-Nasr neighborhood west of Gaza City the previous day. Local sources said Waleed Majdi Haniyeh succumbed to his wounds after being injured in an Israeli strike near the Italian Complex in Al-Nasr neighborhood. According to Palestine News and Information Agency, another Palestinian man was injured by Israeli gunfire on Friday near the Al-Namsawi Cemetery area west of Khan Younis in southern Gaza. The sources added that Israeli military vehicles opened machine-gun fire toward the eastern areas of Khan Younis, accompanied by artillery shelling.
