Gaza: A Palestinian young man was injured in the face on Friday night when Israeli occupation forces stormed a wedding celebration in the town of Hizma, northeast of occupied Jerusalem. The incident further intensified the already tense atmosphere in the region. According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the Jerusalem Governorate reported that the young man was taken to a medical center for treatment after being struck directly in the face by a tear gas canister. The unexpected raid left the wedding attendees in shock and fear, disrupting what was supposed to be a joyous occasion. Several other residents, including children and elderly people, suffered from tear gas inhalation after occupation forces fired tear gas and stun grenades toward participants at the wedding. The use of force in civilian areas has raised concerns among local and international human rights organizations, highlighting the ongoing conflict and its impact on the daily lives of Palestinians.
