Ramallah: The Palestine Meteorological Department (PMD) has forecasted that the region will experience very hot weather on Monday, with temperatures continuing to be 3-4 degrees Celsius above their annual average. Winds are expected to be westerly to northwesterly, ranging from light to moderate, and occasionally becoming active. Sea waves are predicted to be light to medium. According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the evening and night hours will bring generally clear and pleasant weather across most areas. Winds will maintain their pattern, coming from the west to northwest with light to moderate strength and occasional bursts of activity. Tuesday's forecast indicates that the hot to very hot conditions will persist, with temperatures remaining elevated, still 3-4 degrees Celsius above the annual average. The wind and sea conditions are expected to remain consistent with previous days. By Wednesday, a slight drop in temperatures is anticipated, though they will still be 2-3 degrees Cel sius above average. The weather will remain hot to very hot, with light to moderate westerly to northwesterly winds, occasionally becoming active, and the sea continuing to have light to medium waves. Thursday will bring no change in temperature, maintaining the 2-3 degrees Celsius increase above average. The wind and sea conditions are expected to be similar to those of Wednesday. The Meteorological Department has issued warnings against prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, particularly during peak hours from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Additionally, they cautioned against starting fires in areas with abundant dry grass and urged residents to adhere to instructions provided by the Civil Defense.
