Gaza city: At least 36 Palestinians have been killed and others injured since dawn on Friday, as Israeli occupation forces continued their bombardment across the Gaza Strip. According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, medical sources reported that one of the deadliest attacks occurred when 14 civilians were killed in an Israeli airstrike targeting a house in the Al-Tuwam area, north of Gaza City. Additionally, four Palestinians were killed and others wounded when Israeli forces struck the Jabalia al-Nazla area in the northern Gaza Strip. Two more Palestinians lost their lives and several were injured when a tent sheltering displaced families in the Al-Shati refugee camp, west of Gaza City, was targeted. In Rafah, an individual was killed and others injured by Israeli gunfire while waiting for aid distribution north of the city. Another Palestinian was killed in Khan Younis, located in the south of the Strip. The Al-Sudaniya area, northwest of Gaza City, also witnessed several casualties when a house was hit by an Israeli airstrike. Meanwhile, in Deir al-Balah, central Gaza, a Palestinian man succumbed to injuries sustained in an earlier strike. Earlier at dawn, Israeli warplanes targeted three homes belonging to the Abu Meiri family east of the city. The ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza since October 2023 has so far resulted in at least 64,718 documented Palestinian fatalities, with over 163,850 others injured. Thousands of victims are feared trapped under rubble, inaccessible to emergency and civil defense teams due to Israeli attacks.
