Bethlehem:Occupation forces seized 20 camels in the village of Al-Rashayda, east of Bethlehem, on Sunday. The camels belonged to local residents Ali Nasser Rashayda and Ali Falah Rashayda.
According to Palestine news & Information Agency – WAFA – English, the forces raided the wilderness area of Al-Rashayda and confiscated the camels. Additionally, a fine of 30,000 shekels was imposed on each owner as a condition for the return of the animals.
Bakr Rashayda, head of the Al-Rashayda Village Council, stated that there has been an increase in attacks against livestock herders in the region. These actions include preventing herders from accessing grazing areas and seizing camels and sheep from them.
